How We Work With You

When you speak to one of our team you'll be speaking to someone who really knows what they are talking about and who is trained to help you out. If they don't know the answer to something they'll find out from someone else in the team and get back to you quickly.

The first time we speak to you we will usually spend 20-30 minutes on the phone with you trying to understand your property and your needs. This is an important chance to understand what you want and to answer any questions you have - feel free to test us! During this conversation we will usually look at your property on-line and ask you a number of questions.

In most cases we will have enough information to be able to give you a quote on the basis of that telephone call. We will give you a detailed quote setting out the type of system that we propose to install and why. It will explain the costs in detail (absolutely no hidden extras!) and tell you how much energy you can expect to generate and your likely return from the Feed in Tariff and potential savings on your electricity bill.

If you like our quote then we will come and do a site survey. We won't charge you a penny for that and there is still no obligation to buy from us. The person who carries out the site survey will usually be the same person who you spoke to on the phone, if not, then someone in the same team.

During the survey we'll make sure that all of our assumptions were correct. We will check your roof in structural terms (this is very important!) and in terms of shading. We will also look at your electric system and make sure that we have a good understanding and record of your property - including photos and measurements. Importantly, it's another chance for you to ask us any questions that you want and make sure you are happy with what we are proposing.

If our quote needs to change after the site survey (it usually doesn't) then we'll issue you another detailed quote. If you decide to go with a Joju Solar installation then we'll arrange an installation date with you. This is usually about 4 weeks after you have decided to go with Joju Solar.
