Challenge: To fit a 4kWp system on two different sections of roof. Whilst this was a fairly straightforward installation, special roof fixings were required for the second roof due to the dimensions of the rafters.
Solution: During the site survey the rafter dimensions in both roofs were identified, this allowed the installation team to source the appropriate fixings.
I am delighted at the performance of the system and can say that the Joju Solar installation team were excellent, tidy and informative when asked questions. We could not have wished for a better service. You quoted a date, gave us a time scale for the installation and not only met the delivery promises but 3 days before the start we were called to confirm the arrangements.
