Friends of the Earth today handed in an application to the High Court to challenge Government plans to slash financial incentives by more than 50%. The legal challenge focused on supporting solar installations which were completed after December 12 deadline this year.

After reviewing the application the Hight Court has granted a full hearing to take place on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st December. This has come as welcome news to the solar industry after drastic cuts were made.
