Challenge: Working in a live environment amongst children which required us to be especially careful and to adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines. Being able to deliver the project to the timescales requested and within a limited budget.

Joju Solar worked responsibly in a live environment and delivered our brilliant solar PV system on time and on budget. They supported all aspects of the project, including obtaining a grant, the installation and running a session for the children. All done very reliably – I’d recommend them!

Solution: We set out a clear project plan, which allowed is to communicate effectively and efficiently with all parties involved as not to disrupt with daily activities of the school. Having a project manager on site during the installation to manage any unforeseen problems and requirements.

Rewards: Providing the school with clean green energy allowing them to make savings and better use their budget on where the money is needed the most - the children's education. Teaching the children about the benefits of renewable energy and how solar PV works.
